MN Chapter 13 & MN Chapter 12

It is the intention of my staff and myself, as Trustee, to create a website with useful information to assist you in being better informed, have a better understanding of the bankruptcy world, and be more efficient in this process. The layout of this site identifies different categories in hopes of effectively steering you to the help you need.

I anticipate that the site will be updated periodically with new information and requirements as dictated by the changing bankruptcy procedures and local rules.

By way of general information - this office covers 64 Counties in Minnesota for Chapter 13 (the non-shaded portion of the state map to the right) and the entire state for the Chapter 12 cases. Barnesville is located half way between Moorhead and Fergus Falls on Interstate Hwy 94.
